Today , Myself and Raquel went to Westminster Abbey to visit the Garden of Remembrance.
It is a very moving Experience , but one i must recommend to anybody who can go , to go.
It shows the different people who faught for Britain in different wars we have had and it shows that we were valiant and trumiphant each time.
But in being victorious it has cost this great nation many many lives.
Then it was the great war as it was called when World War 1 was faught then it moved to WW2 and the Falkland in the 1980's
We moved on to Iraq and then went back to Iraq again 10 years later and now we are fighting in Afganistan where still our soldiers are dying.
The soldiers who are dying are fighting for what the government say is our freedom because without security in Afganistan we can not be safe in our homes here in England.
We should make sure this Sunday which is Rememberence Sunday we all pay our respects with 2 minutes silence and wear our poppies with pride.
We should make sure that the people who are new too our country know and understand that we are free because these people gave and give up thier lives for our freedom.
And each time a soldier comes home in a coffin they are due the ultimate respect for he gave up his tomorrow for us to live our todays.
Each time a soldier comes home injured they also deserves the ultimate respect for they have put thier lives on the line for us to be free.
Each time a soldier comes home after serving thier tour of duty we should think and we should make sure that they know we salute them and thank them.
That is why we should be prepared to hold those 2 minutes silence of Sunday and on 11th November at 11 am so we will remember them.
Also poppys play an important part and everybody should be allowed to wear them to show a sign of respect.
