Christmas
The shops have thier decorations up and all thier christmas sweeties on sale and the thoughts of diets are put off now until new years eve when resolutions are made.
Its the time of goodwill and the time of joy.
Working in a shop as i have done for as long as i can remember it is a time of stress for all the managers to hit the targets thier is no thought about the real reasons that we celebrate.
Trafalgar square in London is a place to go where the people of Norway always give us a tree to thank us for our help in the war.
Somerset house is another place to go to where they have an outdoor ice rink , music and a beuatiful christmas tree , its like a scene from a movie and the place to go if you are young lovers.
Selfridges is the place i always used to go to with my mum and my sister to see the grotto , it always had a theme and i remember one year meeting the stars from the film planet of the apes , im not sure what it is like nowadays !
London at night where you can walk through theatre land and down the streets into china town and smell and taste some of the local delights , if you wonder around you will soon find streets full of christmas lights and lots and lots of joy , Its the place i call home and a place you cannever better , its the town with so much history style and elegence that if you go , you need at least 2 to 3 weeks to see the whole place with shops and markets for all and enough attractions around for people of all ages

Mothers
Mr Brown is obviously convinced that what he has done is right and he has done this , he thinks for all the right reasons , I just say maybe ask somebody to proof read what you have written next time Mr Brown as he does have advisers.
Jacqui Jane's is the person who received the letter and lost her son she states he was fifth generation infantry s she should have some idea what she is talking about and as the receiver of the letter , if Mr Brown has upset her , he should just acknowledge this fact and apologise instead of holding a debate and trying to say what he did , neither side was going to agree and my heart as always goes out to her for the fact that she lost her son and in reading his injuries and what he sustained , if must be terrible for her.
http://news.sky.com/skynews/Home/UK-News/Afghanistan-Transcript-Of-PM-Gordon-Browns-Telephone-Call-To-Jacqui-Janes-Whose-Son-Was-Killed/Article/200911215448445?lpos=UK_News_Article_Related_Content_Region_1&lid=ARTICLE_15448445_Afghanistan:_Transcript_Of_PM_Gordon_Browns_Telephone_Call_To_Jacqui_Janes,_Whose_Son_Was_Killed_
Today at work one of the Ladies whom I talk to at work on the bakery told me that her son had joined the RAF and that she was upset and scared because there is a very real chance of him being called to go to Afghanistan , I have no idea how far into his training he is as I did not push the subject as it was very obvious how upset she was.
This is the first time since my brother in law left the army some 9 years ago that i have known anyone personally who has somebody in the armed forces and it is the first time I have looked at somebody and seen sheer dread and fear in their face knowing that if her son goes to Afghanistan there is a real chance he will come home in a body bag.
This war , if that is what you choose to call it is touching many people's lives in many ways , if we look at my friends as an example , she has a husband and another son , they have in laws and then from her side she has her friends at work and we are like a community and if something were to happen to him we would all offer her condolences and also be upset so this one person who has this possibility of being called to Afghanistan would touch over 100 peoples lives if killed , it is a dreadful thought to have and I hope as do other that this never happens , but people all round the country are having their lives effected by this war and it is sad how it effects every aspect of peoples lives.
I have the ultimate respect for anybody who chooses to join anything in the military and hope that as many as possible come home safe.
Tomorrow is Remembrance day and I hope everybody stops for 2 minutes at 11 am and pays their respects to those who have fallen and those who are their fighting.

Holidays
The days are getting shorter and , it is begining to feel colder as well so winter is slowly but surely falling upon us.
I will get a 3 day possible 4 day break for Christmas and 2 days for the New Year which will be more than enough as I am more of a Chirstmas person than i am a New Years Eve person and I do so so enjoy Christmas.
With next years holidays I will proberly take some time off in may when the election is called to canvass the area that i am standing in , but I will do a majority of the work whilst I am still at work , 2 weeks should be enough and hopefully they will leave the counting alone and make sure it happens on the Thursday night and Friday morning like it has been for as long as I can remember.0.6%
The last time I was invited to the count was about 12 years ago when my mum stood for UKIP in the parlimentary elections in 1997 in Edmonton ,Enfield and she polled 260 votes and got 0.6%.
UKIP were really almost new then and she and the other candidates were all self funding like we will be and if you look at the link which will be below , number 29 they really have not faired that much better in the 2 elections since she stood and in they polled 2.3% which was 1.2% rise , So i am looking to do better as , if you look at number 31 Enfield / Southgate I will need to get about 2,100 votes or so to keep my deposit , but of course that is only if the same number of people vote as did in the last election , but I would think more will come out this time around and the mre people who vote means the more votes i require.

Gone but not forgotton
Walter Daniel Tull 28 April 1888 – 25 March 1918) was the first black/mixed race officer in the British Army, and the second black/mixed race player in the top division of the Football league , the Other player was Arthur Wharton of Darlington.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Walter_Tull
Then we have Oscar Linkson who played for what is now known as Barnet football club and is my local team , he died in France at the age of 28 , although his body was never recovered.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oscar_Linkson
Tom Cooper - Liverpool Football club who joined the military police and died aged 36.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tom_Cooper_(footballer)
Not only have footballers died at war but cricketers have also died and this shows that wars have always touched every part of this nation.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cricket_in_the_Great_War
War is not a thing we can take lightly and whatever happens people always suffer , I can not imagine today's footballers or crickets from the higher leagues going to fight in battles or wars as as I think their money would talk , more sports were touched but this is just an example of what we lost.
There was a Heart of Midlothian side and of 16 players that enlisted 7 never came back.
We have most years two days each year where we are asked to spend two minutes in silence for all the people who have lost their lives Remembrance Sunday and Remembrance Day.
These two days and just 4 minutes whilst wearing Poppy's isn't much too ask.
Remember them who gave their lives so we can live in freedom.

Rememberence day
My Brother in law was in the army and served in Northern Ireland and also Iraq the first time round.
My dad's dad was in world war 2 and served behind enemy lines as a person who gathered information as he called it.
It was not something he really talked about apart from one time only and , his wife told me I was privileged as , not even she had been told about some of what he told me that sunny Sunday afternoon in Bournemouth sitting at the dinner table after dinner , having what he called men's time.
To say that he was tortured when he was captured was the least I never saw the marks on his back which he said he still had , a bit faded but , still there and my dad said he had seen them just the once by mistake.
Also Every person in this country and around the world who values the freedom that was won during the years between 1939 and 1945 should also wear a poppy , for many men and women gave their lives so that we could and can live ours today.
or as is said
They gave their today for OUR tomorrow , least we forget

Our Obama moment
It is says that London will experience the full "Obama" effect when it elects a black mayor of London , This is being said by Kwame Kwei-Armah who is one of the countrys leading play writes and also rose to prominence when he was an actor in Casualty.
It would be a "True symbol of progress" as by 2012 on polling day 45%of Londoners will be from an ethnic community.
He goes on to say that the scandals of mayral aides Lee Jasper and Ray Lewis act as a a warning to black middle classes not to come forward.
Link to why Lee Jasper resigned http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lee_Jasper
Ray Lewis according to the article quit after finacial irregularities and inappropiate behaviour.
Anyway , It says that Mr Kwei-Armah has heard romours of various high profiled posts being refusedby very able black candidates simply becuase these black men fear being a target and that the press would discover something that would give them trouble.
I raise a question here is this not the case for White or Asian men and women as well and anybody who stands up and says that they want to run for public office weather it is a councillor or an Mp and it does not matter what colour your skin but , it should matter how well you are able to do the job.
It is an intresting article , but I think it is unnessary especially when it says the type of black man has to be to win the approval of the white voters , is this not the same for white or asian people , again I would say the candidate should seek to win over all votes and not just one type of voter and the more people that you win over the better the result for you.
I may chose as an election candidate to go to deaf or hard of hearing institutes and try and win them over because I have an afinity with them becuase I too am deaf , but that would not win me , the seat I am trying to win , so you go out and aim to speak and win over everybody you can , and it does not matter what colour , what sex , what orientation , or what religion you are.
I can see where this man is coming from but I totally disagree with what he is saying and how he is saying it.
A black Mayor or a black Prime minister is possible , like it is with an Asian or or Indian people but don't just vote for them because you see a likeness in the skin colour or the religion , vote for the person because you believe they will do a good job.
As a candidate for the English Democrats in London in Enfield / Southgate , I would be devastated if someone voted for me purely on my colour and not on what I or my party stands for.
As a people we all need stand up and say we are one people and we are all of the same race , this divide that is there because of our colour belongs here no longer and we all need to stand up and shout we are one people.
Elect me so I can be a great service to the public and do not elect me because of what I look like.

Jedward
Apparently they sang the Queen song We will rock you yesterday and it was really bad , I have not witnessed it for myself as I was in total devastation because Tottenham lost to Arsenal 3 nil.
Anyway these two guys seam to have hit on a formula which it would appear to be is act stupid and sing badly and the public will vote for you.
I think its one of those things , like when John Sargent was on Strictly come dancing and he could not dance and there was the famous sack of potatoes dance when he dragged his parter across the floor like a sack of potatoes and he did nothing special but he had the public backing and until he pulled out he was through to the next round at every stage.
With Jedward , I think it is the same , the public using thier sense of humour and putting them through just because it would appear so many people do not like them.
Simon Cowell has stated , he will be on the first plane out if they win , but this is what the public love he is seen as mr nasty and they are seen as the underdogs each and every week and the 2 work off of each other.
My opinion is they will last another week maybe two before they say goodbye , but i could always be wrong and if they win the show (bye bye mr Cowell) they will be the christmas number one.
Royal Anglian Regiment
Also to John Ryder (not his real name) who on the Doncaster page does so thoroughly enjoy taking pot shots at me and my writings either on the Doncaster page or what I say on here.
So this "moron" on his little known blog as has been put does recognise when a mistake has been made , but at least I have the balls to post in my own name , and yes I do know deafdude is not my own name but i never hide the fact it is me and is also why a while back I introduced the deafdude into my name on facebook.
As for my little known blog , yes John you are proberly write but you do not know how many people read my blog and I can only go by the followers and the people who comment to me via my inbox and the messages that I recieve from people about what I have written.
Then there is also the the confusion in John's mind as I think he is so so confused he has trouble remembering what he is calling me as sometimes he calls me Renfield and others Ben , When he decides on what he is calling me he may decide to let me know , but then the fact is , he is so very funny and thinks he is so very intelligent , it is funny to watch him with his superiority complex in action.
If you take a visit to the British Democracy Forum ,he is know as Mr Rob , but he does use the same avatar which maybe a sign of some sanity.

Ross Kemp
A brave man who has faught for his country and paid the ultimate price for his country and all this while the goverment let our country go to ruin , unable or unwilling to sort out our postal service , unable or unwilling to sort out our immigration problem , while these guys fight for thier lives on foriegn soil which is not really our war.
BBC ceefax today had an article on one of it pages saying the Americans have lost 55 soldiers in afganistan this month alone and the month is not over yet , 11 today in explosions , A waste of life in a war where we and the Americans are an invading army and in a war we will never win.
Ross Kemp used to be in Eastenders and played Grant Mitchell , but this is a far cry from playing a hard man on a television show , this is real learning to use a weapo and told that YOU WILL USE IT , if you are the last man standing as you will not want to be taken prisoner by these guys who you are fighting.
Its the first of 3 episodes tonight , I dont think he is trying to glamourise war but he is showing it how it is real , nasty and dirty.
He is the type of man who in the first or second world war would have gone to the trenches and watched what was happening and put his life on the line so the people at home could read the real story.
Fear is what these me and women must feel it is a fear that i hope I or anyone i know feels and a fear that i have no envy of for these people who are out there fighting for thier lives , but one thing I do have is the ultimate respect for anybody who does this.

The minute you knocked on the door...
Whilst at work today , I spoke to a driver and we disscussed the Question Time programme with Nick Griffin on (again I hear you say) , but people are not getting bored of it and want to talk about it , And as a potential MP I am supposed to be the ears of my constiuency , they talk and I listern and try and solve any problems that they have.
This Driver said when I told him I was standing for the English Democrats in my area which is where I work as well that he had voted English Democrats i the european election along with his nieghbours BECAUSE and this is the intresting bit, Because the candidate had been the only person from any political party to knock on his door and speak to him and he had also made alot of sense.
He said it made a great difference that this guy had bothered to go around and knock and take the time to chat to him and other people and not take his vote for granted like he said it would appear the other main stream parties did.
We need to learn from these people who we talk to and learn that making things personal and going up to them and speaking with them makes a big difference , obviously it will not win over every person that you or I speak to but , if we go out ad talk like Ron Sands and Co. did last weekend and Bill Baker and Kim Gaddy did a few weeks back and I and my wife do at times , it shows a willingness and desire to let people know who we , who you are and it shows that we are taking the trouble to spend 1 maybe 2 or even 4 hours or more i that street on at that shopping centre to get to know the people and find out what they want.
Take a pencil with you and a notepad so you can jot down peoples concerns and it shows that you are listening to them and being interested in what they have to say.
Remember every person is a potential voter and that person's vote could make the difference between you winning that seat and losing it or it could make the difference between you keeping that deposit and losing it.
And it could also be that , the person you have just spoken to will go home and speak to his wife , his son , his daughter , his friend , his neighbour or a work colleague and spread the word of who you are and who you are standing for.
Back again to my driver , I asked who it had been that had called and he wast sure of the name but that Lee Pickering sounded familiar , Also tonight he would go home and look at our web page so he could find out some more details about the party as if he was going to vote for us at the general election he wanted to make sure he was doing the right thing.
Another day , another happy potential voter for the English Democrats - The only party who are putting the people of England first.

World war one submarine found

A submarine has been found that never returned from a routine patrol in the Baltic sea in 1916 which was sent out by Winston Churchill.HMS E18 was found last week near the Estonian island of Hiiumaa, some 90 miles (140km) , The supplied picture is not of HMS E18 but is a stock picture of an HMS E class.
A swedish marine survey company are the ones to have found it , who are called Marin Matteknik (MMT)
MMT said
"This is a very emotional discovery for me and the search team," he said. "We will now complete our mission to document this wreck and inform the relevant authorities. We want to investigate the exact cause of the sinking - and to honour the fallen by telling their story."
The lives of some 33 men were lost including 3 Russians who were there in the capacity of liasion.
Naval historian Eric Grove said the Baltic campaign was the Royal Navy's most successful submarine campaign of the war. (This intresting article was found on aol news)
Eric Grove has quite alot of history and there is a link below about him courtsey of Wikipedia
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eric_Grove
Lets hope that when they have done recording the damage and whats onboard if thats what they intend that they leave the submarine and those who served in peace and to continue thier rest.
Whilst Looking for the links and the pictures I found what appeared to be a very intresting article for people to look at connected with the E class submarines of that era

The power of ONE plus another
If you look at my profile on facebook and have a peek at some of my pictures you will see some of my car , yes its red and its a mobile advert for the English Democrats
www.englishdemocrats.org
I have a few stickers on the windows and four George cross flags 2 either side of the car , then i have the creme de la creme 2 nice sized magnets showing off the ED logo on each side , one each on the drivers and passengers door.
They were inexpensive and well worth the buy they sit in the car park at work all day for people to see and when I drive down the road people look , each person that looks at the magnets or the stickers means there is another person who knows about the English Democrats , so it does work.
I always try to offer a leaflet if I am able to and it is safe to do so when I am in the car but if i am out of the car i will always try and engage in conversation and be polite to the person , some people wish for just a leaflet others want to chat and know more.
Tonight going from home to collect my wife and then the return trip I counted about 40 plus people clocking the ED magnets and that means on this one trip they have paid for themselves.

Time after time again and again
The clocks change this weekend , actually on Sunday at 2am so we get 2am twice this Sunday becuase the clocks go backwards and we all get that extra hour in bed , whoop , whoop , whoop.
People always say the same thing at this time of year but we are English and we want it left alone.
This year to add to it there has been calls for a scottish time zone called "tundra time" and a person called Sir Alistair Horne has said it is "absolutley crazy" for the UK to have a different time zone to the rest of Europe , but Scotland might benefit.
I have the answer to this let the rest of Europe join us and do what we do and , we stay how we are.
Greenwich is famous for time and other things like fixing longitude , we also have greenwich mean time (GMT) which we will be changing to thie weekend away from BST (British summer time)
here's a link for you to have a look
http://www.greenwich-guide.org.uk/observ.htm
But i say leave us alone and let us do what we want to do , stop trying to mess with our history and our culture and OUR traditions.
We like it how we are.
The people
The reason behind it was Question Time last night which I have not actually seen yet as it was on too late for me as I had to get up for work at 4:30 this morning , but I do know that first estimates from the BBC is that it was watched by about 8 million people which is pretty good going.
Anyway I went to work this morning and it was not quite 7am when the first person approached me and asked if I had seen QT which I had not , this guy Keton is an asian guy who I have know for sometime and said he watched like alot of his friends did and it showed Mr Griffin not in the best possible light and that it would do "my party" some real good as people are begining to recognise my car and the flags and magnets I have on it.
He said we needed to get out and spread the word so more people knew of us and to talk to as many people as possible as the votes will flow.
As the morning progressed a driver and about 7 other people spoke to me in the same tone in the warehouse and some even mentioned the EDL as well , I think I may have gained about 50 votes according to was said but it will be when that "X" is put in that box when we will see.
Later at breakfast more was said and a lady joined the table who obviously wanted to chat with me but could not get a word in and I ran out of time.
At lunch I was asked if we had a candidate standing in Haringay which as far as I am aware we do not , which is ashame and the lady rejoined me and she was able to speak and said about the ED and also my car and that her and her husband had chatted about me and that if I am in thier area they would both vote for me.
The reasoning behind this is as she said I am happy to put myself up and on the line to stand for my beliefs and the beliefs of the country and that part of that ment immigration and withdrawl from europe , she knows there is more to it , but it is good to hear.
The whole day has been like this and the vibe that I have been getting is really good , it actaully made it a pleasure to be at work , I still need to see QT with Nick on it and see what has been said , I saw some on the news but would like to see the whole programme.
I feel we need to build on this and make sure people know who we are and if I have the energy Today or Monday I and my wife will go and stand outside my local underground station and hand out leaflets to the people on the way home from work.

The whole world
Already there has been protests outside the BBC and people have tried to storm the BBC http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk_politics/8321157.stm
So what are we expecting tonight from the show , well David Dimbledy with have to try and keep control of the show and I would expect any bad language to edited out prior to the showing and , if it came to it and it got exciting with a member of the audience attacking Mr Griffin we wouldnt see it anyway.
Along with Jack Straw who used to wear glassess and looked like the demon headmaster , you can see what he looks like o this YouTube clip
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jiW6DIRzvsM
It also has Baroness Warsi who is the shadow minister for community cohesion and you also have Bonnie Greer who makes up the panel , Bonnie Greer whose profile you can find here http://www.blackinbritain.co.uk/BonnieGreer.htm
Ill wait til after the programme has aired to see if i need to say anything more but it should be fun and it will be intresting to see if Nick is made to look a twat or if he successfully makes the others look like fools and if it is the latter , expect more people to vote for them in the next elections.
Whatelse has happened today , Lets see thats right Microsoft have luanched Windows 7 which is ment to save them but if you dont like that how about this to compare it to
In 1812 - Duke of Wellington seize Burgos Spain
or
In 1897 - World's 1st car dealer opens in London
This all happened on this day October 22nd

Politics ain't hard and niether should..
Politics should be made easy so everybody can see what is being done , why it is being done and who it is being done by and of course the reason behind it.
As a patriotic Englishman I obviously want an English Parliament so that we can be on equal ground with Scotland , Ireland and Wales.
As a patriotic Englishman and a member of the English Democrats and a candidate for the I would like to see some of the ED people standing elected next year when the election is called , and those who do not win make a good standing and some good backing with plenty of votes.
Politics should not be hard the people of your constituncy should come first and you should be there for them when they need you.
Your country ENGLAND should come next and each time you walk into the house of commons the thought of what am I going to do for my country today should go through your mind , how will I make an impact and how can I improve the lives of the people who live here.
Colour , Sexuality , Religon or Beliefs should not get in the way and working for the good of your country this should always be considered.
Some of the aims should be to get as many people in the country as possible into jobs so less people claim benefits.
Only take those workers from abroad who we really need and get them to train people up of our own so that they can ultimately replace them.
Nationalise Banks , Airports , Railways and any other industries that have been taken over by foriegn companys and help us to become self sufficient once again.
Students - these are the future of our country , the possible leaders , the possible surgeons , the possible invetors of the future , at whatever age they should be given the best teachers and resources to work with so they can be the best.
We need to make our country great once again and bring it all home so we can be proud of who we are.
We need to do whatever is required to make sure it happens within the law and do the easy things.
The easy things are tell the truth , be open about what you are doing , do not hide anything and make sure you are transparent , when the easy things become simple ,move on to the harder things and as you do this you can become a great politician and make the country great as well.
Go on make a stand - Stand up and be counted.

Strong
This is a step in the right direction as the more people who find out about me and the English Democrats the more likely i have of people voting for me , i have alot of work and i mean alot of work to do and it will be hard graft.
I will have to widen my area of leafleting soon and move away from my locality and go to the edges of my standing area so i can see and speak to more people.
I need to make an impact and to do more and as the time to the next election ticks away , that time grows ever smaller.

Response to my blog
read the blog, it is quite good. The link from your message did not work, so I had to type it in. Just keep popping, it is the only way to get yourself known and even if they do not agree with you, the reasons why not will be constructive. I suppose the comment I would post is: How hypocritical it is for the MPs, who have just returned from a very, very, long break, to stand po-faced while reading out the names of the people of this country, who they have sent to a foreign land to be murdered for no good reason; as the wars and they are wars, not 'conflicts' in Iraq and Afghanistan have made our security in this country much more dangerous - while themselves resisting paying back to this country, which the current Labour Government as managed to almost bankrupt, payments and allowances that other people would have been prosecuted for. The money hived off by MPs, of course, keeping within the 'rules', written for and by them - would have paid for better protection for our troops and some deaths could have been avoided. Not forgetting, that injured and seriously maimed soldiers are having to endure court cases because the Ministry of Defence thinks they have been paid too much compensation and it seems is being reduced! You could not make it up. When will any government remember that they are there to serve the people not have one rule for them and one for the rest.

The perils of ....
This is where I went yesterday and go most weeks at least 3 times a week to pick my wfe up from work , parking is hell and most people seam to drive round in circles.
I always try to time my arrival so my wife is waiting and has onlyhad to wait a few minutes becuase of the parking.
Yesterday , was a rare event I finished work early enough so I could take her to work and thought I would have alook around the pound shop in the process , so at the back of the Marks and Spencers there is a car park , the area is hilly as anyone who is from around the area knows.
So I turned into the side road and found my way to the car park and parked.
The car park is a hill and I did not really think to much about it until I got out of my car and sort of fell into the parked next to me , yes my balance not something I have a great problem with nowadays but obviously in a position what I am not used to it will come back and show me who is the boss.
It took me about 10 minutes to make my way to the ticket machine because I could hardly walk and then it asked for my number plate which I have no idea of and I had to go back and find out and return to my car.
The lady who helped me in the car park must have thought I was drunk which is not good and I truely expected to find the police wating for me when I returned an hour or so later , and never to return to that car park again.
I will have to find somewhere else level next time.

Found out
And WOOOW , its a huge area , but it does mean there is plenty of work to do and plenty or people to find and chat to.
So the area covers from right towards the m25 up the Cockfosters road and all the way back down to Southgate , Then it covers Cockfosters itself , Oakwood and Southgate as well then you get Palmers green and of course Winchmore Hill , so there will be losts of walking and lots and lots of hills.
Its a challenge but its a challenge I have taken on and something I will be happy to do.

The power of...
As a candidate for the English Democrats I see it as part of my Job to push our profile so people know who we are.
Today is a prime example of the pushing and / or the publicity that I try to give them.
Lets start with 7am this morning , At work I spoke about the 2 councillors that moved from the conservatives to the English Democrats on Thursday.
Then , when about an hour or so later , One of the other colleagues spoke to me so he got the party name right when people spoke to him.
10 30 am - breakfast time and a colleague spoke to me about my car and how nice it looked and how when you stood in the car park , how people stopped and looked at the flags and the magnets (its sending a message and it the best money i have spent)
On the way home about 3 drivers and various passers by noted the flags and the magnets with 1 driver giving the thumbs up , I was home just after midday.
Later on I had been asked by someone at work to leaflet Kent road just round the corner from me as there would be a man doing his garden and he would be intrested in the ED , So i popped out for an hour and there was a man doing his garden and we chatted for 15 minutes and he's going to vote for me if im in his area :).
Then on the way home after picking my wife raquel up from work I had 3 cars toot me , but I think this was more to do with England playing football tonight than the ED and I was stopped at a set of traffic lights on the A406 towards enfield and a white van pulled up beside me and 3 asian gents were inside looking at the magnets , so i took th eoppotunity to lower my window and offer them a leaflet and one jumped out of the van and took a leaflet it took me about 15 seconds to quickly explain who we was and the man thanked me before driving off.
I arrived home at about 7 40 pm a very successfull day.
Not all days are like this but I speak to at least 1 new person most days about the English Democrats

The life of a page
You can look at a page like they hav eon facebook and you can see how many members it has and , simply need to scroll down to read what has been said in th elast few posts without becoming a member.
There is one such page aimmed at the very impressive Peter Davies The mayor of Doncaster , its page title should be changed now becuase he is no longer new to the job (Protest against Doncaster's new Mayor, Peter Davies. What have we done?) and all these people do is RANT , yes RANT about the ENGLAND page http://www.facebook.com/English.Democrats?ref=mf which is a page dedicated to the English Democrats and has over 16300 fans attached to it whereas the other page varies and ranges about 1400 or so , and they need to remember that 25,000 people voted for Peter Davies first and second choice votes , but these 25,00 people all had the courage to vote for change.
There is a couple of regular posters one who also has a blog , If i remember rightly he calls himself steveshark on his blog and is quite happy to give out advice , but as to his blog i have only ever had a quick look.
Then there is the delightful John Ryder or Mr Rob depending of where you find him , I am not 100% sure but I think he is active on a number of other pages and forums but , I would not be suprised if he uses other names on these as he will not use his real name because of the fear of personal abuse which he has recieved in the past , its that or he has too many aliases that he cant actually remember who is actually is.
I wonder if he is married and if his wife wakes him up in the morning showing him a picture of himself with his real name on it so he is aware of his real identity (nice thought and if so very nice wife too)
The group really dont do that much in the way of being anti Peter Davies , they have had a couple of protests outside masion house but that was more for Jim Broad who was suspended and they have had an open letter sent as well which you can find on thier discussion board , but in all not really that much a couple of comments on some things Mr Davies has done , but in reality it would be much better to re name the page , the we loathe the English Democrats.
Quite a few have posted on the ENGLAND page at one time or another but most have been removed and/ or banned for reasons known to the England admin.
John Ryder enjoys screen capping what people say so he can bring it back up and also calling people names , he does come across most of the time as being fair clever I was going to say intelligent but clever suits better and comes across as the self styled leader of the pack or the one who takes the lead depending on how you look at it.

The answer
Dear Mr. Weald,
Thank you for your email to the Electoral Commission. The Electoral Commission issues guidance to Candidates and Agents on electoral offences including bribery. We are however not the relevant body to offer guidance on whether this particular case would constitute to an electoral offence as candidates are required to seek their own legal advice for their campaign issues.
We would suggest that you consult your own legal guidance to determine whether it is an electoral offence.
I'm sorry I have not been able to offer a definitive answer however please let me know if you require any other information.
Kind Regards

Again
Also in this battle which happened in Nuristan province which is in the remote eact of the country , local officials and police chief were captured by the taliban.
Again this is bad and when any troops die it is not good and whatever country they come from and however often it happens , my thoughts will always be withthier familys.
This is a war which i do not think we will ever win , so like others have said we need to bring our troops home , if our troops were to be at home insted of afganistan we could use the money we are spending out there on helping improve our own country , maybe make sure our schools are up to the best standars or our hospitals have the best equipment there is with the best doctors and nirses trianed.
Or maybe we could spend it on making sure we had enough police walking the streets , which i am sure in my opinion would mean less crime.
If you get Police walking down streets every few hours who have a regular beat and know thier community it would be a step back to community policing , they would know the trouble areas and maybe even get respect from the locals , I am not saying this would end crime but knowing your local bobby like in the days of old would heed results and maybe cut crime.
The other alternative is for the UN to send as many troops to the afgan region as possible and smoother the area with a huge force and systematically move and remove all the taliban again this would not eradicate the probelm but if there were enough soldiers with the best equipment to protect themselves , it may help , but it would have to be a joint force with every country sending the same amount of soldiers.
We need to resolve this problem as soon as possible in one way or another with as little loss of life on both sides as possible.

Mark of respect
This exchange happened on the Protest against Doncasters new mayor Peter Davies , He is really not that new anymore so they may consider changing the group page name.
The mayor is an English Democrat and the first day he took office he cut his own salary to £30,000 to save money , He has done other things to but this is not about him.
The people on the above mentioned page have been barred from the England - English Democrats page for varying reason and they take great delight on sitting and watching what goes on and clipping and pasting the comments and threads so they too can make comments about what is said and who says them.
There have been a number of posts in the last few months when a British soldier has died offering thier condolences on the EDP- England page and not once have the people from the Doncaster page clipped and pasted any of these and made a comment or not once have they offered thier respects to the dead soldiers family or friends I said something about this and got this reply.
John Ryder wrote at 7:49pm 2nd October 2009
Renfield, you are truly lower than a snake's belly.I do not offer my condolences to the family and friends of every British serviceman who dies for one simple reason - I do not know them. Being British, I do not engage in the overt displays of faux grief and patriotism that have become a ritual on your page.I do respect every British serviceman who goes into combat in the service of the Crown, whether they live, die or are wounded. Beyond giving money to the British Legion there is not a lot else I can do for them. What you term a mark of respect I term a useless gesture made to make yourselves look and feel good, which is very soon forgotten. There may be a few for whom this is indeed a genuine and meaningful act, and they I exclude from this description. That you bring this up as an attempt to score points makes me pretty certain that you are not one of these people Renfield
For some reason they have taken to calling me Renfield this was after they called me another name which I can not recall accusing me of posting under a different name.
He says he does not offer his condolences to the family and friends of every British serviceman who dies becuase he does not know them , Wootton Bassett do not know every soldier which comes home and passes through thier streets for which they line those streets and pay tribute to the dead soldiers , but they still do this and this is a mark of respect to the soldiers who have paid the ultimate price for serving thier country with thier lives.
It does not make me feel good to know these soldiers have died and I am always genuine in offering my condolences to the family and friends of these soldiers.
There can never be an attempt to score points when these so called points are from a person who has died for thier country.
I would much sooner not have to pay these respects knowing all the British soldiers where home safe and sound.
But HOWEVER often it happens I will continue to pay my respects to these people and thier familys and thier friends who faught along side them, I will never do it to make myself look and feel good as I never feel good when this happens.

England
Whilst in football England have a team in Egypt at the 2009 under 20's world cup but we have sent out a team of players who are barely recognised , if any are at all because none of the football clubs have allowed thier players to go , because it is outside a fifa window , so they do not have to.
We lost 4 nil to Ghana.

Labour
Today Health secretary Andy Burnham said that Labour will scrap hospital parking charges for in-patients in England if they are elected again at the next election.
The issue is that both Wales and Scotland are both scrapping fees for everyone , but like with the university fee's it would appear that England is being left behind.
England is still a country within the Union and for some reason the Mp's just don't want it to have what the other countries have.
Is that really fair ?
The Sun newspaper announced today that they would not be supporting the labour party at the next election http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/news/2661063/The-Sun-Says-Labours-lost-it.html
So they have lost the Sun newspaper who look as though they are backing the conservatives , but ultimately it will be the voters who decide who wins the election

Each month 50% of wages will be divided into two very good causes. One will be a local charity which will be voted for by local people and will change each year. The other I will re-invest back into the English Democrats. This could be used in a number of ways. For example, we may decide to set up an English charity which could help English businesses. Or we could designate funds to help university students. Alternatively, it could be used to fund a fledgling party member who wishes to stand in an election to supply them with promotional material etc.
This Idea has been welcomed by other candidates standing for us next year, who are all following suit.
Other news: At the Labour party conference Mr Brown has said they are committed to holding a referendum on a voting reform should they win the next election. (laughing now) I am sure that Tony Blair said something about holding a referendum on the Lisbon treaty didn’t they?
Elsewhere, Ireland is getting ready for its second vote on the Lisbon treaty. Since the last vote was ‘NO’ the EU has pumped millions of Euro's to the ‘yes’ campaign. They have warned the Irish that the only way out of the current financial climate is to vote ‘yes’. Let’s hope the Irish can see through this and vote ‘NO’ for a second time!
Before I go, I have been asked to supply a link to an England page not affiliated to the English Democrats. When I last looked it had about 212 members. The page discuses English issues so please take a look.

Announced today Stephen Morris will be standing in Salford and Eccles and also Bill Baker will be standing in the Castlepoint seat So the English Democrats are annoucing more candidates to stand at the next election.
Gordon Brown , he looks haggered and , he looks like he has had enough , will he use ill health as a reason to stand down before the next election so that the battering the labour party take isnt all on his shoulders , Tony Blair he must have known the country was going tits up way before he stepped down and looked for a patsy to take the fall.
Iran tested a long range missle today which is bad news for everybody , I did think diplomacy would be the order of the day butit would seam that it will not happen unless we are very lucky an d, it would appear that we will be sending our boys out the Iran along with the Americans , with or without the approval of the UN.
Else where the G20 policeman that pushed the man and he died of that heart attack ,well the CPS have decided they have enough evidence to charge him , maybe they should review the expenses cases again and see who they can charge with that , there must be loads of dodgy claims around there

It has been a while since I have posted on here.
But i am now going to try and make this a regular page.
Sad news today as yet another British soldier was killed in afganistan , So my condolences go out to his friends and his family.
We need to make sure that we either bring our soldiers home or we give them the best equipment there is so that they can do thier jobs , in the best way that they can otherwise why ask them to do a job if they have not got the best of everything.
This weekend has just seen the English Democrats conference taking place at the Thistle hotel in Dartford , near Brands Hatch which is where i went last night.
Myself and my wife met Peter Davies the English Democrats Mayor of Doncaster , who is a very nice man and very down to earth , he was not phased by being introdced to the many people who wanted to meet him.
There was also an awards event which was hosted by Robin Tillbrook the Chairman of the English Democrats.

England forever
its been a few days since i last posted so here we are ,whats occuring in our loved country well KFC have decided to make about 8 of thier restaurants halal only in London , IS THIS RIGHT , the answer is very simple no , maybe they should have both but not JUST halal as that means the local indiginous people are being forced to eat halal meat if they decide they want kfc which is wrong why should this happen is this rite again the answer is NO , there should be a choice , 1 person did actually say to me this would mean there would be a need for diferent cookin equipment but thats not our problem , this should have been thought about.
Closer to home the English democrats now have people standing in every area in England for the european elections on June 4th , so we have no excuse not to vote for a party which has Englands future at thier hearts.
Remember the EU waste millions every year by moving thier offices for a few weeks each and every year and if we was not in it this money could be used on our schools , our hospitals or even kitting out our military with the right equipment to defend themselves
The government is again in the news for the wrong reasons as thier expenses are being questioned i know 1 mp spent 5000 pounds on office equipment , they need a place of comfort to work but they do not have to spend this amount.
Another claimed for thier extension and another a sit on lawn mower , it has been said they are working with in the claiming rules , so it is obvious to everybody these need tobe changed
SO why not write of email your local mp and list the things you want changed and these can be
1) tighter rules for expenses and limits on what you can spend the expenses on
2) an english parliment like the scots welsh and irish have
3) an english national anthem so we can sing our own anthem again like the other home nations have
4) a vote on the lisbon treat ( weather we should be part of europe) and ask for total withdrawl of britain from the European Union
and also include local issues

welcome
who am i and why am i blogging well i am ben and this blog is dedicated to ENGLISH PRIDE.
lets start by saying not enough is done to make sure english people are put first in england.
what do i mean , well thats easy , first off we are run by a scotsman ?? who lives in london ?
now scotland have thier own parliment run by scots for the scots , so the first question i have is why do we not have an english parliment ???
Then you may know this already in scotland university students do not have to pay fees whilst in england we do is that fair i ask.
Moving on , looking at the sporting side when scotland ireland and wales play they sing thier own national anthems what do we get , god save the queen which is not english it is the british anthem , let me state here i am proud to be british as well as english , also if you look ahead to the ashes series (cricket (england versus australia)) the first test is being held where .... yes thats right its being held in cardiff ???? , is that right i know the cricket board is called the england and wales cricket board but this is ment to be the most important event in english cricket so why wales.
ANYWAY , why not find me on facebook and join my groups i have 3 , 1 the important one is called St.georges 2010 aimmed at making sure all english people have a place to go and party in 2010 on st georges day , then we have THIS ENGLAND , MY ENGLAND dedicated to ENGLAND.
